Any product purchased from Bitjump Games, either in-store or online, can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the purchase/pick-up day (in-store) or the order ship date (online). Product(s) must be shipped back working and in the same condition as was received. Shipping charges may apply.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
