We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you no longer want your item and you haven't yet received a shipping notification, we're happy to process the return. Send an email to returns@bitjumpgaming.com with your order number in the subject.

Once an item has shipped, however, we are unable to alter or cancel it. After receiving your item and you don't want to keep it, you can request a refund within 30 days of the shipment date.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia, and New Zealand .

We offer a variety of shipping speeds from different carriers. Ground shipping usually take 3-5 days, with Priority and Express options available.

For international orders, please refer to the carrier estimate at check-out for accurate arrival times

Items must be returned within 30 days after the order is shipped. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

We do offer 1-year parts and service warranty, as well as a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please refer to the warranty details for information on returns and exchanges for items in your order that fall in either of those.

Refunds are processed usually within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

All parts and services added to refurbished and upgraded consoles by Bitjump are backed by our 1-year parts and service warranty. Should anything we added to the console fail, you can send it back for repair at no cost to you.

Everything sold by bitjump is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Should the console, games, or accessories fail within 90 days of the order shipment date, you can send it back for a free replacement or refund.

Warranty doesn't include failure due to using the system outside of normal operation or for attaching/using products that can harm your product. Shipping charges may apply.
