How it Works

Here is the typical process for all send-in services:

  • Send email / schedule call with Chris to request services and ask questions.
  • Bitjump will send an estimate. Review and approve estimate for services. Payment is NOT due at this time.
  • Pack items well and send to the address provided by Bitjump.
  • Once items are received at Bitjump, you will get a confirmation that the items were received and will be provided an estimated time frame for return. Most services are completed in 1-2 weeks, depending on current queue.
  • Once all services are carried out and consoles are quality tested, a final invoice will be sent to you. You will pay for all the services as well as discounted return shipping at this time.
  • Once payment is received, the items will be sent back the next business day.
